Make a fabric panel quilt
Typically fabric panels are about 1 yard wide and 42" long and make a complete quilt top.
All you need to add is the backing, wadding and binding.
For this I Love To Dance fabric panel, I used a yard of pink fabric to match the front.
Lay the backing fabric right side down, smooth and lay the wadding on top. Smooth and lay the fabric panel on top with right side up.
Baste the 3 layers together and quilt the fabric panel to your heart's content. You can quilt round the edges of all the patterned bits and choose whether to quilt any plain sections of fabric, or you could quilt a design over the entire fabric panel quilt.
